1.1 This site is owned and operated by Wintec Product Solutions CC. Registered in the Republic of South Africa, registration number 2008/064895/23
1.2 All rights in this website are owned by Wintec Product Solutions CC . Any unauthorised use, copying or modification is prohibited.
1.3 Wintec Solutions is the approved Powertraveller distributor in Sub Saharan Africa.
2.0 Privacy/ Confidentiality
2.1 Any information collected from users and subscribers of this site will not be revealed or shared with third parties unless prior written consent is obtained from the user.
2.2 The user therefore hereby agrees that Wintec Product Solutions CC from time to time will communicate with them. Users may unsubscribe from communication at any time.
3.0 Disclaimer
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:
3.1 Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company’s literature; and
3.2 Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

4.0 TERMS OF SALES POLICY – Customers via www.powertraveller.co.za / www.wintecsolutions.co.za
4.1 Please note that www.wintecsolutions.co.za / www.powertraveller.co.za is not an e- commerce website and serves a purpose as a point of information site and therefore is not governed by the applicable South African e-commerce laws. Should the customer wish to purchase directly from Wintec Product Solutions directly, rather than the listed approved resellers on the above mentioned websites, the following will apply.
4.2 No credit will be granted.
4.3 All orders/ enquiries must be placed via email to info@wintecsolutions.co.za / sales@wintecsolutions.co.za
4.4 Each customer will be furnished with a quotation which will include delivery upon receipt of an order or enquiry.
4.5 On acceptance on the above mentioned quotation, the customer will in turn be issued with a tax invoice.
4.6 Delivery of all orders will be organised once payment notification has been received by Wintec Product Solutions CC.
4.7 All products have a standard 1 year return to manufacturer warranty covering manufacturer defect.

5.0 TERMS OF SALES POLICY - South African Customers* via www.powertraveller.com
* Any customer entering a delivery address within the Republic of South Africa while making a purchase on www.powertraveller.com
5.1 South African customers who purchase Powertraveller goods from the www.powertraveller.com website will have their purchase processed with the www.powertraveller.com website and NOT Wintec Product Solutions. Such customers are subject to the Sales Policy of www.powertraveller.com.
5.2 Wintec Product Solutions CC does not take responsibility for any errors or omissions with regards to the purchase of Powertraveller goods on www.powertraveller.com
5.3 On completion of a purchase, customers entering a South African delivery address will be serviced by Wintec Product Solutions.
5.4 This service will include delivery, aftercare, technical and general support including repairs and returns.
5.5 All products have a standard 1 year return to manufacturer warranty covering manufacturer defect
6.0 RETURNS POLICY– applicable to ALL customers
6.1 FAULTY ITEMS: These must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please request a returns form from us at support@wintecsolutions.co.za. We do not accept any returns without an accompanying returns form. We will then send a replacement out to you if the product is found to be faulty. Refunds may also be issued in certain circumstances - please contact us for details. All products have a standard 1 year return to manufacturer warranty covering manufacture defect.
6.2 UNWANTED ITEMS: All refunds in this case are at the discretion of Wintec Solutions and must be agreed within 14 days of the product being received. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of agreement being reached. Items must be in original packaging with all parts as supplied and be in a re-saleable condition. Wintec Solutions will not issue refunds for the postage/ delivery costs.
6.3 DELIVERY CHARGES: We accept no liability for items damaged during delivery to us and we recommend that all items are returned via Recorded /Registered delivery visa the Post Office or by courier as we will not be held responsible for goods not received.
If the item has been ordered incorrectly, found to be unsuitable or simply no longer required - the postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is found to be faulty or a packing error has occurred - the postage for returning the item to us will be refunded if requested.
7.0 Shipping and Handling
7.1 All goods are delivered via Courier service and NOT the Post Office. Goods will only be shipped via the Post Office when the value is below R100. This is to ensure the delivery of your purchase and within the 7 days delivery period within South Africa. Orders via courier will receive tracking information if either Wintec Product Solutions or PowerTraveller have been supplied with a valid email address at the checkout stage or via email order. Any customers charges are the responsibility of the customer as are any additional delivery charges (e.g. re-delivery attempts).
8.0 Delivery
8.1 Wintec Product Solutions CC will process your order immediately and aim to ship your order to you within 7 working days. International orders are generally received in under10 working days.
Please note: if you require and pay for next day delivery your order MUST be placed BEFORE 1pm in order to guarantee next day delivery. Next day deliver y must be specified within your order placement and will be appropriately charged. Any order placed after that time may not be sent out until the following day, although we will still send it via next day delivery at that time. Any order placed on a Friday after 1pm and requiring next day delivery will be sent out on the following Monday (next working day) for delivery on Tuesday. We will not be held liable for any order placed after 1pm that require next day delivery and does not ship on the day of ordering
